Senator Davis, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the Health and Social Services Committee Substitute                                                                 
offered on page 1993. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE                                                                          
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23(HSS) Designating June 2012                                                                         
as Congenital Cytomegalovirus Awareness Month, was adopted and                                                                  
was before the Senate on final passage.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT
